Welcome to the 2018 Spring Cup.  The Spring Cup is chaired by Donna Courchaine. 

If there are any discrepancies between this info and what is in the SNEWGA directory, this info sheet and all future communications override the directory. 

We are making some major changes to the Spring Cup this year.

This year's tournament will have 5 WEEKEND rounds, starting May 6, 2018. There are NO WEEKDAY rounds this year.

Teams can sign themselves up this year, starting NOW! The deadline for submitting teams is APRIL 27, 2018. Note that all Spring Cup participants must be SNEWGA members as of May 6, 2018. Detail rules and procedures are available at the link above. The entry form is also available above. We are also asking for payment with registration this year.

The SNEWGA representative for your club is available to help you find a partner.  If any team needs to find a substitute for any week's play, your SNEWGA rep can help, but it is your responsibility to find a replacement.  This should make it much easier for all of us.  Teams applying after the deadline will be put on a waiting list.

This year’s tournament will have 5 weekend rounds, starting May 6.  The rounds will again be played on Sundays whenever possible. However, Round 2  will be played on Saturday, May12th, to avoid a conflict with Mothers Day.  Happy Mothers Day to all mothers and daughters!

While we have the below dates and locations scheduled, adjustments may have to be made.  We will do all we can to adhere to these dates. Weather or unavailability of courses will be the only reason dates change.  Any adjustment will be communicated as soon as possible to participating teams.

When practical, the handicap index in effect at the time each round is played will be used.  Rounds 1 and 2 will use the 5/1 revision.

Please note that, although we no longer have 2 divisions, the same number of rounds and teams participate in each round.
